If something you buy from Rocken Power.in is broken, damaged, or doesn’t work, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

To return or exchange something, just contact Rocken Power.in within 48 hours of getting it.

You need to send back the item within 10 working days of getting it for a return or exchange.

Rocken Power.in will check if the item is really damaged or broken before giving you a new one or refunding you.

If a product is missing its serial number or has been tampered with, Rocken Power.in won’t accept it for return or exchange.

If something is damaged when you open it, Rocken Power.in will fix it for you.

You’ll need to pay for shipping if you want a replacement or exchange.

If we can’t send you a replacement for any reason, we’ll give you a refund and let you know by email.

If something is missing, damaged in transport, or doesn’t work when you get it, tell Rocken Power.in within 24 hours of getting it.
